A1. Definitions

1. Some of the words you see have very specific meanings, so please refer to the maribiz.in  at the end of these Terms.

A2. About these Terms

1. By completing a Booking, you accept these Terms and any other terms provided during the booking process.

2. If any authority decides that some of these Terms are unlawful, the other Terms will continue to apply.

3. These Terms are set out as follows:

If there is a difference between the General and Specific Terms, the Specific Terms will apply.

4. The English version of these Terms is the original version. If there is a dispute about the Terms or any inconsistency between the Terms in English and those in another language, the Terms in English will apply, unless local law conflicts with the terms. (The language can be changed at the top of this page.)

A3. About maribiz.in

1. When you book a property, flight or special places and activities, Booking.com B.V. provides and is responsible for the 'Platform' - but not for the 'Travel Experience' (see A4.4 below).

2. When you book a rental car or private or public transport, maribiz.in Transport Limited provides and is responsible for the 'Platform' - but not for the 'Travel Experience' (see A4.4 below).

3. We work with companies that provide local support services (e.g. customer support or account management). They do not:

Do not control or manage our Platform

Do not own the Platform

Do not have any legal or contractual relationship with you

Do not provide travel experiences

Do not represent us, enter into contracts or accept legal documents in our name

Do not act as our processing or service agent.

A4. Our Platform

1. We receive information from service providers and we cannot guarantee that everything on it is accurate. However, we exercise due responsibility and professionalism in providing our Platform. Unless we fail to do so or are negligent, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, interruptions or missing pieces of information. We will make every effort to correct/fix them as soon as we become aware of them.

2. We continue to work to improve our customer experience on Booking.com. Therefore, sometimes we show different designs, phrases, products, etc. to different people to gauge their feedback. Therefore, you may not see certain services or terms when you visit our Platform.

3. Our Platform does not recommend or endorse any Service Provider or their products, services, features, vehicles, etc.

4. We are not a part of the Terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.

5. To make a Booking, you may need to create an Account. Please make sure that all your information (including payment and contact information) is correct and up to date, otherwise you may not be able to access your Travel Experience(s). You are responsible for everything that happens with your Account, so please do not let anyone else use it and keep your username and password secure.

6. We will show you the offers that are available to you in the language that we deem appropriate for you. The language can be changed at any time.

7. Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

A5. Our Prices

1. You will:

  • Abide by our prices
  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Cooperate with any anti-fraud/anti-money laundering investigations we may be required to conduct
  • Not use the Platform to cause a nuisance or make fake bookings
  • Make proper use of the Travel Experience and/or the Platform
  • Not cause a nuisance or damage, and Not behave in an inappropriate manner with Service Provider personnel (or any other person).

 

A6. Prices

1. When you make a booking, you agree to pay Travel Experience the Fees, including all applicable fees and taxes.

2. Some prices you see may be rounded to the nearest whole number. The price you pay will be based on the original, unrounded price (although the actual difference may be small).

3. Obvious errors and typographical mistakes are not binding. For example: if you booked a night in a premium car or luxury suite that was mistakenly offered at a price of 1 Euro, that booking may be cancelled and we may refund the amount you paid.

4. A crossed-out price represents the price of a like-for-like booking without any price discount ('like-for-like' means the same dates, same policy, same quality of property/vehicle/class of travel etc.).
